Staff Retreat

Oh so much fun! We had a great time and the environment could not be better! The green hills, the cool weather, the friendship, and the fun planning! Every year the staff goes on a retreat to "get away" from Bangkok to plan for the next year. So we are planned for 2008! Here we come! :) Ket, Boom, Noi, and I roomed together and it was a good time! Look at the other pics on the photo sight...there are some good ones of the scenery and friends!

New Eng Jet Classes

My classes started two days after I got here! I have been back for 16 days and already a class is finishing! It is sorta crazy, but fun too! No wasting time! :) This is last week at our party to celebrate the class. This is the chance for them to meet other members of our church, play games, and hear about our church. We have a fun time! I am in charge of the games and sometimes we play Jeopardy and other times we play Wheel of Fortune! Both games they LOVE!!! I really enjoy my students a lot! They are great fun! These classes are very good! I have 4 classes of 6-7 students! Everyday is new, we never know who will show up and who won't.

Oh this is so much fun and can be a form of entertainment for any number of hours!! Ket is on the top, she is my new roommate. Boom is in the middle and sometimes she spends the night with us too because we live closer to the church than she does. I am on the bottom, looking prettier than ever! :)

Selling my car...

The sad day came when I had to sell one of my favorite things in the world, my car! I love this car so much! Her name was Cream and we enjoyed 4 years together! She was the first car I bought with my own money and she was a great car! Every time I got in her I felt like I was driving a new car! I will always remember her with fond memories! It was hard to sell her but not as hard as I imagined! I will miss her!!

Marci's 29th Birthday!!

We went to the beach and had a Bonfire for Marci's 29th Birthday! It was so much fun! We ordered In-n-Out, because I did not want to BBQ, it is always such an ordeal! Then we played some Pick-Up-Sticks and Bocci Ball! We had a fire, thanks to Brent, and we cooked S'mores! It was a fun time welcoming Marci to 29! Next year 30!!! YAY!!


Welcome to 29!!! By the time Marci's birthday is here she already feels the age she will turn because she is the baby in our group! I am the oldest and so get to experience everything first and then when August comes, she finally gets to join us!
